The group accompanies the firm’s clients in large-scale M&A transactions, including the acquisition of Israeli companies by multinational corporations, acquisition and sale of multinational corporations’ Israel-based activity within the framework of global transactions, mergers between Israeli companies, and more.  The group specializes in providing deal-centered advice to its clients - investors and targets – in equity and bridge financings and investments.

The group provides its clients with on-going counsel regarding corporate issues and participates in board meetings. It structures its clients' option plans and other incentives for employees. The group cooperates with the firm's employment law group to provide its clients with advice on labor law issues.  Its clients also enjoy the group's guidance in their interactions with the National Authority for Technological Innovation (NATI) regarding grant applications, royalty agreements and technology transfers.
