Adv. Yoav Dagani is a member of the firm’s Commercial and Civil Litigation departments.
In this framework, Yoav grants legal advice and accompaniment in the field of Commercial and Civil litigation, and represents both private and corporate clients through administrative petitions, tenders and other legal issues according to the client’s needs.
Yoav holds an L.L.B (Magna Cum Laude) from Haifa University (2008), and an L.L.M (Magna Cum Laude) with specialization in the subject of jurisprudence and criminal procedure from Haifa University (2011).
During his academic studies, Yoav worked as a tutor in Dr. Haled Ganaim’s “criminal law” course, as well as a member at “Hearat Din”, Haifa University’s Law Faculty Academic magazine, and as a research assistant for Prof. Emanuel Gross.
Yoav started his professional career as a graduate of the Academic Reserve program in the MAG Corps (Military Advocate General) of the IDF, and served as a military prosecutor, as an international law advisor and as a legal advisor for the CID (Criminal Investigation Department). Throughout his service, Yoav dealt with complex legal cases and granted legal advice for top ranking officers.
Yoav is also certified as a mediator by the Gevim Group.
Prior to his admittance to the Israel Bar Association in 2009, Yoav interned in the Criminal Prosecution at the Military Advocate General..
