Almog specializes in commercial and real estate transactions and manages significant transactions in a wide range of fields in Israel and abroad. He provides ongoing representation to companies active in the energy, infrastructure and natural gas sectors, including drawing up diverse agreements relating to the execution of complex projects in these fields, such as financing agreements, EPC and O&M.
Adv. Doron’s expertise in the real estate field covers a thriving practice in Israel, including representation of clients in the acquisition of land and income-producing real-estate, combination deals, vacate and reconstruct transactions, and NOP 38 transactions. Additionally, Adv. Doron provides ongoing legal representation in all processes relating to the acquisition, development, construction, management and operation of projects and income-producing properties.
Adv. Doron has developed particular expertise in real estate abroad, in the framework of which the firm provides legal services to accompany the set up and execution of residential and commercial real estate projects, as well as income-producing projects. This legal representation includes involvement in and leadership of all phases of the transaction, as of the search and inspection processes, the acquisition of land and properties through to completion of the projects and ongoing legal counsel thereafter.
Adv. Doron is also active in the field of tenders and in this regard has over the years represented a large public entity in the world of tenders and provided legal advice on a permanent basis to the Tenders Committee. He has prepared and managed dozens of complex tenders across a wide range of sectors in public and private markets. He represents public and private companies in all aspects of preparing bids for tenders, and participates in bidding proceedings in communications, infrastructure, public works and services.
