Amit is the managing partner of the Administrative Law and Tenders Department of the firm. In addition, Amit is the managing partner of the Transportation Department, acting among others, as the Genreal Counsel of the public transportation private companies forum, and is a partner in the commercial litigation department of the firm.
Amit gained plentiful and far-reaching experience in representing corporate and commercial clients in administrative petitions to the Administrative Courts regarding tenders as well as other administrative matters.
In addition, Amit provides consultancy services to clients and accompanying their cases at the prefatory stage for making bids for tenders and other Transportation and Infrastructures' projects as well as consultation and widespread legal representation of his clients in the proceedings with the authorities and the diverse regulators,
In addition of client's representation from the private sector, Amit gained a unique expertise in granting an ongoing legal consultation to public authorities, Government companies, Municipal corporates and tenders' committees.
Furthermore, Amit also deals with legal representation and litigation in a wide range of civil and commercial suits, class actions, as well as providing general consulting to the office's clients and arbitrations.
Amit interned (articled clerk) at the Haifa District Court with the former President of that court, Justice Bilha Gillor.
Between 2000 and 2004, he served as an Adjunct Lecturer to the Dean (at the same time) of the Faculty of Law of Haifa University, Professor Eli Salzberger, in Jurisprudence (Theory of Law).
Amit serves as a judge in the Disciplinary Divisional Court - Haifa district of the israeli bar.
