Noam is a partner in the Banking and Insolvency departments of the firm and practice in the field of commercial and civil litigation. Noam provides legal consultation services to several major banks and commercial businesses, in addition to private organizations.
Among Noam's client is Bank Leumi, which Noam accompanies in a wide variety of issues, as well as representing the bank in complex legal matters, in the different instances of the courts and provides the bank an ongoing, day to day consultation services.
Noam gained rich and diversified experience in managing claims in the fields of banking, contracts law, insolvency proceedings, bankruptcy and assets' realization.
Noam is appointed periodically by the courts in a wide variety of matters, as well as receiver of different companies and as a trustee on debtor's rights in bankruptcy proceedings.
Furthermore, Noam has a great deal of experience in representing clients in the different instances of the courts, including the Supreme Court and in the fields of arbitration and mediation proceedings.
