The Labor Law Department of the law firm Salomon Lipschütz & Co. is one of the leading departments in Israel in representing and consulting to employers from all aspects of labor law and the organization’s human capital management – starting from initial and full arrangement of employment agreements and procedures, setting the remuneration policy, and implementing general regulatory instructions. It also includes ongoing advice and consultation in issues relating to the regular course of employment with the employees, concerning the organization’s wage systems and human resources, arranging permits and licenses, representation vis-à-vis the regulator, up to dispute management and representation of employers at labor courts.
