Hanoch is accompanying the procedures of improving assets ranging from the preliminary and planning stages to the changing of the purpose for which land can be used before all licensing and planning committees and the Israel Lands Administration, etc.
Hanoch has gained a wide experience in negotiation for the sale, purchase, development, leasing and rental of real-estate assets as well as residential unit’s purposes, purchasing groups, buildings associations, urban renewal real estate entrepreneur’s and more.
Hanoch represents a wide variety of companies and constructions groups, entrepreneurs and property management companies, as well as private and commercial clients.
