Iren Kripak is a member of the firm’s Commercial and Intellectual Property departments.
Iren provides the firm’s clients with ongoing legal advice, together with representation in matters of commercial litigation (including class actions) before courts on all levels, as well as representation in arbitration and mediation cases.
Over the years, Iren has gained extensive experience in diverse matters within the intellectual property practice area, ranging from the drafting of contracts and other legal documents concerning copyrights, to production agreements, content development and investment in television series and films. She also handles trademark registration, as well as the management and resolution of disputes in the aforementioned fields.
In addition, Iren has acquired experience and expertise in laws regarding the marketing, advertising, and distribution of consumer products, in labour law, and in real estate transactions.
Iren received her law degree from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem (LL.B) in 2008.
Prior to her admittance to the Israeli Bar Association, Iren interned at the Asher Axelrod & Co. law firm.
