Ruth Shechter-Kogan is a member of the Banking department at Salomon Lipschutz & Co.
Ruth handles large-scale credit financing transactions that are applied by the branches of Bank Leumi’s commercial network to hundreds of business clients each year, in exchange for liens on real estate and / or real estate rights. As part of this treatment, Ruth goes through a long series of real estate agreements, checks the clients’ rights in the real estate assets, prepares various lien documents, comments on the various lien documents and is in constant contact with a long list of factors, both at the bank’s branches and departments.
