Amit advises and consults his clients on both the real estate legal status and the commercial and financial aspects of the transaction, within complex transactions including combination, urban renewal of various aspects, and joint ventures, from initial acquisition to construction and registration of rights.
Amit is also engaged in drawing up agreements, conducting negotiations with tenants, preparing documents for signing up rights holders, providing ongoing consultation to construction-evacuation projects, TMA 38 and urban renewal projects, and reporting and registering transactions.
Throughout the years of his activity, Amit has accumulated considerable experience in the management and current consultation of real estate transactions and complex projects, includin extensive residential, commerce, hoteling and office projects.
