Adv. Gil Dan, partner, is a member of our firm’s Banking Department and manager of Receiverships.
For 25 years as an attorney, including as the owner of his own law firm, Gil has gained extensive experience in commercial law and especially banking.
Gil specializes in consulting, advising and representing banking institutions and insurance companies in multiple transactions, including financing construction and providing ongoing consultation to projects in difficulties.
For over two decades Gil has been serving as a receiver in real estate (residential and commercial) realization procedures for mortgage banks and commercial banks, including complex receiverships like, inter alia, construction projects. He has unique experience in this field.
Gil renders his clients ongoing consultation in validation and preparation of credit and encumbrance agreements, implementation of banking regulation, formulating and drawing up complex debt arrangements.
Gil specializes in commercial and banking litigation in a variety of issues including insolvency proceedings before all judicial instances. He has even been awarded judgments in principle including by the Supreme Court.
Concurrently with serving as an attorney, Gil gives lectures in different forums on both business law and banking law.
