Adv. Yoel Dadon is a member of the firm’s Banking Department and provides legal advice on financial issues to banking institutions and insurance companies, including litigation and receivership, commercial law, dispute mediation, formulation and drawing up of complex debt settlements.
Yoel has unique expertise in (residential and commercial) real estate realization for mortgage banks and commercial banks, including complicated realizations involving project management for construction in receivership processes for completion.
As an attorney, Yoel has accumulated extensive experience in civil commercial law and was engaged in multiple issues of complex banking litigation before all legal instances.
Yoel provides ongoing legal advice and consultation to Department clients, with an emphasis on regulation implementation and assimilation.
