Adv. Hadas Brave is a partner in the law firm of Salomon LipschÜtz & Co., the Administrative Law Dept., and heads the area of Public Authorities and Regulation.
Hadas is engaged in administrative law on all its levels, tender law, legal consultation and representation for the public sector and third sector. As part of her engagement in administrative law, Hadas has handled a variety of complex procedures including in relation to governmental and municipal authorities, municipal taxation, planning and construction, immigration, regulation of professions, importation and regulatory.
Hadas has special expertise in Education Law, and vast experience in providing legal consultation to associations and non-profit organizations.
Hadas represents and appears before all legal instances, mainly administrative courts and the High Court of Justice, as well as hearings and discussions held in government ministries and regulatory bodies, municipal authorities, statutory committees, disciplinary committees and the Knesset.
Hadas also serves as Vice-Chair of the Associations Committee of the Israeli Bar Association, and as member of the Administrative Law and Constitutional Law Forum of the Bar Association.
During her LL.B studies, Hadas was on the dean’s list and a member of the editorial board of the legal journal “Law Studies” (Iuney Mishpat). After completing her internship and working as an associate in leading law firms, Hadas established the Hadas Brave boutique law firm, a leading firm rated in the field of administrative law and academic education. Later she joined a known law firm as partner.
Hadas joined Salomon LipschÜtz & Co. as a partner in 2024.
