Dror Apfeldorf is a Partner at Salomon Lipschutz & Co. and a member of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department, the Department of Administrative Law and Tenders Law, the Class Actions Department, and the Transportation Department.
Dror provides ongoing legal advice and assistance in the field of commercial and civil litigation, corporate representation, representation of commercial and private clients in administrative petitions, tender matters, class actions and various legal issues related to client needs and customer needs.
Dror began his professional career as a military prosecutor and shortly before becoming a senior prosecutor in the military prosecutor’s office, accompanied criminal investigations and managed complex legal cases. In 2012, Dror was appointed Legal Adviser to the IDF Employees ‘Employment Center and provided ongoing legal advice in the field of labor law and administrative law to the Commander of the IDF Employees’ Employment Center.
In 2014, Dror was appointed head of the Operations Division (with the rank of Major) in the International Law Department of the Military Prosecutor’s Office, and in this context he was entrusted with providing legal advice in international law to senior IDF officials.
Dror was elected Outstanding Champion in 2012 on behalf of the Chief Military Advocate.
Dror is also certified as a mediator on behalf of the ‘Backs’ group.
Prior to being certified as an attorney in 2007, Dror specialized in the prosecution department of the Military Prosecutor’s Office.
