Dror provides legal services on banking and insolvency related matters, and holds an immense and rich experience in consulting and providing legal services to banks and corporations.
Dror is well versed in the know-how of extracting crucial points from collateral/security documents, litigation in courts (claims against customers of the bank and suits brought against the bank by customers), in the seizing mortgaged assets and in the collection of debts from a wide variety of the bank’s debtors.
Dror gained this experience and knowledge by efficaciously representing Bank Leumi Le-Israel BM and the Arab-Israel Bank Ltd in hundreds cases.
Dror represents these clients over many years and provides consultancy services on an ongoing basis to their head offices as well as to dozens of their long list of branches.
Dror represents the banks in dozens of the bankruptcy proceedings, instigating and contesting freezing proceedings by companies and local authorities, drawing up debt-settlement agreements of customers, conducting debt-settlement negotiations, etc.
A partner since 2001, Dror joined Salomon, Lipschütz & Co., as an intern in 1995.
