.Yan Leshin-Carmel joined the Crisis Management team at Salomon Lipschutz & Co. in 2019 after specializing in civil litigation over years of practicing law
Crisis Management is a unique and multidisciplinary department that handles exceptional events that afflict corporations and requires comprehensive legal knowledge in a variety of areas of commercial law
Prior to joining the team Yan represented in the various civil courts, provided clients (private and corporate) with ongoing legal advice and handled legal and regulatory proceedings on issues related to the areas of commercial law and labor law.
As a member of the Crisis Management team, Yan handles various areas, including:
• Providing ongoing legal advice;
• Representation in the various civil courts throughout the proceedings;
• Handling debt claims and debt decisions in insolvency proceedings;
• Representation of officials (liquidation, freezing of proceedings, etc.) before the courts in a variety of corporations (including in the field of aviation and retail);
• Handling and drafting various agreements;
• Providing opinions on diverse and complex legal issues, including in the field of insolvency workers’ rights;
Adding to the above, Yan holds a mediator certificate (Israel Center for ICNM Negotiation and Mediation) and brings with him experience and training as a teacher in post-primary education.
