Yoav Dagani is a member of the Commercial and Civil Litigation department at Salomon Lipschutz & Co.
Yoav is certified as a mediator on behalf of the Gevim Group and is certified to issue Enduring Power of Attorney and preliminary instructions for the appointment of a guardian.
Yoav provides his clients with ongoing legal advice and representation in the field of commercial, civil and administrative litigation before courts (including courts, various appeal committees, proceedings before the Supervisor of Condominiums and more). In this context, Yoav represents corporations, commercial and private clients in litigation proceedings in civil lawsuits and appeals, high courts, administrative petitions, including in matters of tenders, and a street application of issues and issues in the areas of law according to client needs.
Yoav also provides legal advice and litigation in the areas of property taxes (objections, appeals and administrative appeals), in the field of planning and construction offenses in both criminal and civil proceedings.
Yoav began his professional career as a graduate of the Academic Reserve Track at the Military Prosecutor’s Office, where he served eight different times. Yoav’s education and experience in the areas of criminal law also assist him in providing the required service to the firm’s clients in these areas as well.
Prior to being certified by the Bar Association in 2009, Yoav specialized in criminal prosecution at the Military Prosecutor’s Office.
