Jaacov is head of Salomon Lipschutz & Co. Banking and Finance Department, the same department he interned in, over 30 years ago.
Jaacov provides his clients with legal counsel and representation in both Civil and Commercial Law, while representing banks and other financial institutions in civil disputes. His clientele includes, inter alia, Bank Leumi Ltd. and AI Bank (Arab-Israeli Bank) Ltd, which he represents on various issues, including advising all levels of bank management.
Jaacov also specializes in insolvency law, and over the years has accumulated much experience with debt restructuring, debt negotiation, execution of lien etc. Also, Jaacov represents Bank Leumi Ltd. and AI Bank Ltd. on accounts of liquidation, receivership and stay of proceedings, involving large-scale companies and Local Government.
Partner since 1988, Jaacov joined Salomon Lipschutz & Co. in 1981.
