Noam is a partner in the Banking and Commercial Litigation departments at Salomon, Lipschütz & Co. and Head of the Anti-Money Laundering Department (ranked in the elite group in Israel) and Torts Law Departments.
Noam is a leading litigator with great reputation as well as rich and proven experience in managing complex civil and commercial lawsuits in the courts, including in the Supreme Court, in arbitration and mediation proceedings.
Noam represents, among others, large and medium-sized commercial clients, including various banks and companies, stackholders, as well as various private clients, and even provides ongoing and comprehensive legal assistance and representation of various companies.
Noam has often been appointed by the various courts as a functionary in a variety of matters, including as receiver of various companies and as administrator of estates in various proceedings.
Noam also serves as a lecturer at conferences and seminars at the Bar Association in the areas of anti-money laundering, contract law, corporate law and banking law.
