Nitza is a partner in the Commercial Litigation department at Salomon, Lipschütz & Co. and head of the Crisis Management Department, a unique and multidisciplinary department.
Nitza gained tremendous knowledge and experience in representing clients in the field of crisis management for varied parties. In addition to setting out policies and decisions regarding the best business strategy to minimize damage in a given situation, Nitza also shares her profound professional knowledge and wide experience with other lawyers in the firm.
Nitza has a substantial knowledge and experience in representing clients in the banking and insolvency fields, (debt restructuring, receiverships and liquidations).
Nitza represents banks and secured creditors as well as groups of significant non secured creditors, business purchasers and controlling shareholders and directors.
In recent years, Nitza represented parties in some of the largest and most complicated cases occurred in Israel.
Nitza also represents purchasers in bids for offers of collapsed businesses and creditors in insolvency proceedings abroad in cooperation and backing of local lawyers.
The wide knowledge that Nitza gained along with the professionalism that she had demonstrated over many years, led the courts to frequently appoint her as Receiver, Liquidator and Trustee. Prior to joining Salomon, Lipschütz & Co., Nitza was a senior partner for over 12 years in Haim Zadok & Co. Prior to that, Nitza served for many years, as the legal counsel of Special Credits Division in Bank HaPoalim taking care of the largest corporations and debtors of the bank, by restructuring and rescheduling the debt or by court appointed officers.
In addition to her activity as a lawyer, Israeli Military Industries Ltd. appointed Nitza as chairwoman (2011-2013) and a director (2010-2013) and her efforts were concentrated on the task of furthering the privatization process of IMI (now well on its way).
