Amit is a partner in the Commercial Litigation department at Salomon, Lipschütz & Co. and head of the Administrative Law, Tenders and Transportation departments.
With a long and successful track record, Amit represents corporate and commercial clients in petitions to the Administrative Courts regarding tenders as well as other administrative matters, and acts for a range of transport clients, serving as General Counsel the public transportation private companies forum.
Clients benefit from his experience and support through the tender process, from the earliest stage through to competition, on all proceedings with the authorities and the diverse regulators, as they bid for all types of projects, including transport and infrastructure. In addition to private sector clients, Amit also brings many years’ hands-on experience in acting for public authorities, Government companies, municipal corporations and tender committees.
Furthermore, clients turn to Amit for his vast experience in resolving a wide range of civil and commercial lawsuits and class actions, either in the courts or through arbitration.
Amit interned at the Haifa District Court with its former President, Justice Bilha Gillor, served as an Adjunct Lecturer to the Dean of the Faculty of Law of Haifa University between 2000 and 2004 and also serves as a judge in the Disciplinary Divisional Court – Haifa District of the Israeli Bar.
