Eran provides the firm’s clients, some of Israel’s most prominent companies, with legal counsel on matters regarding municipal taxation, including rates, and various levies.
Eran has an immeasurable experience in delivering legal services in the Civil and Commercial fields. He is also considered by many as a decidedly, gifted and practiced negotiator and an expert in contract drafting. in addition, he obtains a vast experience in M&A.
Eran represents many Israeli companies before all instances, and frequently litigates on behalf of the firms’ clients on both commercial and civil matters.
