Roni Eshet is a member of the Banking and Finance department at Salomon Lipschutz & Co.
Roni handles large-scale credit financing transactions that are applied by the branches of Bank Leumi’s commercial network to hundreds of business clients each year, in exchange for mortgages on real estate and / or rights in real estate. As part of this treatment, Roni goes through a long series of agreements in real estate, checks the clients’ rights in the real estate assets, prepares various lien documents, comments on the various lien documents and is in constant contact with a long list of factors, both in the bank branches and departments and on behalf of clients.
Roni interned at Salomon Lipschutz & Co. and joined as a lawyer after being certified by the Bar Association in 2013.
