Ruth Koploviz is a member of the Real Estate department as well as the Litigation and Dispute Resolution department at Salomon Lipschutz & Co.
As part of her work, Ruth engages in litigation in all courts, with an emphasis on real estate and commercial disputes.
Among other things, Ruth handles eviction lawsuits by invading tenants, declaration lawsuits, and financial lawsuits in connection with breaches of leases and sales, as well as in mediation and dispute resolution procedures.
Ruth also provide legal advice and opinions on issues in civil law, and in particular in the above mentioned areas.
