Shir Eyal is a member of the Anti-Money Laundering, Banking and the Commercial Litigation departments at Salomon Lipschutz & Co.
As part of her work, Shir is engaged in providing comprehensive and ongoing legal advice and assistance to corporations and private clients in all areas of commercial and civil law. Shir also deals with the provision of legal representation in many and varied commercial and civil litigation proceedings, with a wide range of areas and before all legal courts.
Shir holds wide experience in drafting commercial agreements and accompanying commercial transactions, agreements establishing joint ventures and corporations and more.
Shir interned at Salomon Lipschutz & Co. and joined as lawyer after being certified by the Bar Association in 2017,
