Adv. Alina Fuks is a member of the Labor Law Department, the law firm of Salomon LipschÜtz & Co.
Alina has thorough experience and understanding in labor law and has represented hundreds of cases before various courts and the Ministry of Labor’s Enforcement Division. She also has extensive experience in labor law-related representation, advice, and consultation both as an external attorney and as a company’s legal advisor.
Alina provides ongoing consultation to employers in enforcement procedures vis-à-vis the Ministry of Labor in both criminal and administrative cases, in audit and investigation processes under law to increase the enforcement of labor law, cancel and reduce financial sanctions, and vis-à-vis the Commissioner of Financial Sanctions and the Financial Sanctions Appeal Committees. She is also engaged in arranging licenses to manpower contractors as well as security and cleaning service contractors.
Alina renders current consultation to employers on multiple labor-law issues including recruitment of employees, negotiations for signing employment agreements, drawing up the agreements, advice relating to wages, prevention of sexual harassment, and equal opportunities at the workplace, and procedures before the Commissioner for Women’s Labor.
Alina has volunteered at the Assistance Center for Foreign Workers, and the “Itach” Society for the promotion of women’s rights, and she holds a Mediator’s Certificate from the Neveh Tzedek Mediation Institute.
