Aviv provides ongoing legal consultation to yielding real-estate companies, including the establishment, management and operation of commercial assets, lease agreements in commercial centers, malls, gas stations, industrial buildings and offices. He also renders legal advice to the firm’s clients in the course of their ongoing activity.
Moreover, Aviv is engaged in the sale and purchase of all types of real estate, consultation to contractors in processes of construction and sale of residential and commercial assets.
Aviv was an intern in the law firm of Salomon LipschÜtz & Co., and has returned after being qualified as a lawyer in 2024.
