Adv. Chelsea Corinne Stone is a member of Salomon Lipschütz & Co.’s Crisis Management Department.
Chelsea handles insolvency and receivership portfolios of the Department, as well as settlement of commercial disputes including legal proceedings.
Chelsea has accumulated in-depth experience in commercial law, specializing in insolvency-related cases. She has extensive knowledge providing legal consultation and advice in commercial matters, representing creditors in insolvency procedures, drawing up agreements and debt arrangements, and representing position holders in receivership processes, as well as rehabilitation and recovery of corporations and associations.
In addition to being an attorney, Chelsea has been qualified as an arbitrator on behalf of the Faculty of Law at Tel Aviv University, and is qualified to be a mediator on behalf of the Faculty of Law at Bar Ilan University.
Chelsea started her professional career as an intern at the District Court of Haifa.
