Adv. Dr. Amin Geraisy is a member of the Department of Real Estate Law, Planning and Construction at the law firm of Salomon LipschÜtz & Co.
Adv. Dr. Amin Geraisy’s work at the Firm’s office in Nof Hagalil includes providing ongoing legal consultation and advice to the Firm’s clients throughout their current business activities and all aspects of commercial and civil law. Adv. Dr. Amin Geraisy provides consultation to leading real estate transactions, planning and construction transactions, he advises on contract law and inheritance law, and is engaged in litigation.
Adv. Dr. Amin Geraisy has a PhD in philosophy. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law, the University of Liverpool, England. His expertise is in international criminal law, and he serves as an academic lecturer in the field of International Law. Adv. Dr. Amin Geraisy has a long-term extensive and thorough experience in both civil and criminal litigation.
Adv. Dr. Amin Geraisy also served as a member of the International Law Forum at the Faculty of Law, the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
