Adv. Hadar Aharon-Moallem is a partner at the law firm of Salomon LipschÜtz & Co. and head of the Labor Law Department, jointly with Adv. Anna Blau.
Over two decades as an attorney, including having her own office, Hadar has accumulated extensive professional experience in representing employers at labor courts, mediation processes, and handling complaints of employees from a variety of sectors.
Hadar has a thorough and in-depth management and inter-organizational experience in providing consultation and advice to associations, companies, corporations, and organizations in multiple fields of commerce. Among other things, Hadar established and led for 6 years the legal department of the Organization of Victims of Hostilities; and served as an external legal advisor to Ben Gurion University, where she gained a lot of experience and knowledge in the field of collective labor relations.
Hadar renders legal advice to companies and organizations in a wide spectrum of labor law-related issues. Her consultation comes from a holistic organizational outlook, implementing tools of mediation and attention for solving difficult and complex conflicts, out of a comprehensive business-commercial understanding.
Hadar provides legal consultation and advice relating to labor law, wage issues, implementation of extension orders in different sectors, employment of foreign workers and the labor laws applying to them, prevention of sexual harassment, recruitment of employees, complex employment terminations, negotiations to draw up and sign employment agreements, NDAs and non-competition agreements. Her consultation also includes assistance in setting company procedures, implementation of compliance and internal enforcement programs, relating to labor law, to avoid exposure to lawsuits and fines, including a unique in-house compliance and enforcement program she has developed jointly with Adv. Anna Blau.
Hadar advises to service orderers in engagements with personnel contractors and service contractors, and provides consultation in negotiations to draw-up and sign the agreements.
Hadar also serves as a volunteer legal advisor in an association in memory of Bat-Chen Shahak (of blessed memory) who was murdered in the Dizengoff Center terrorist attack in 1995.
Hadar has joined the law firm of Salomon LipschÜtz & Co. in 2024 as part of the merger of our firm with the quality boutique law firm of Blau, Aharon-Moallem & Co.
